Payment and terms

Coaching payment

For coaching sessions, EdPath NY will email you from jon@edpathny.com after you submit this form. A $15 deposit is required before scheduling. The deposit is nonrefundable if you cancel, but carries over if you reschedule. Once received, your coach will contact you to schedule the call; the remaining balance is due in full when the call is scheduled. After submitting, use the PayPal checkout to pay the $15 coaching deposit. Your remaining balance is due when your call is scheduled.

Terms of service

Services. EdPath NY provides one-to-one interview coaching and related career preparation services. Coaching does not guarantee hiring, and EdPath NY does not refer candidates to school administrators for hiring.
Payment. The full price of a selected coaching package is due before the session; payment may be made by Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal when instructions are provided.
Cancellations. Give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may forfeit payment. For a full refund after cancellation, EdPath NY retains a nonrefundable $15 fee; that amount can be credited to later coaching.
Expediting. A coaching session within 24 hours of booking adds $30.
Non-disclosure. Do not resell or disseminate coaching materials, proprietary information, or strategies.
Confidentiality. Both parties will keep their communications, documents, and discussions confidential.
Governing law. New York State law governs this agreement.
Entire agreement and amendment. These terms are the complete agreement and may be amended only in a writing signed by both parties.
